In the Buddhist view we are all fundamentally sane, kind, and creative – but all too frequently our habit patterns distort and obscure that inherent nature. Although mind is intrinsically free we are busy continually creating the distorted version of our being and feeling that life is out of our control. This 6 week course will explore the understanding of sanity revealed in the teachings of Tantra and Dzogchen and provide methods for returning us to robust mental health with cheerful resilience and greater kindness.
