Practice group with Trak'thung Dorje & Déwang Pamo

sKu-mNyé is a Buddhist physical exercise system that massages the psycho-physical system through fluid, sometimes rigorous movements. The exercises are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and provide direct access to profound meditation. Newcomers are always welcome.

Regular practice also leads to greater fitness, flexibility, strength and stamina. Practitioners often notice that their vitality and zest for life improve and that they are less conditioned by their habitual patterns.

Due to the sequence of physical exercises and meditation phases, sKu-mNyé can either be an essential focus of personal practice or a beneficial addition to other practices such as silent sitting meditation.
